Everyone from the neurosurgeons at majors B up to the ward were amazing and caring I felt I was in the right hands and I will get the best treatment.

Suggested improvements
The waiting times at the A&E and the treatment I had before the MRI was terrible. A lot of time was wasted and I was in a lot of agony and pain but the doctors were delaying the MRI scan. This is a major risk and it should change.

Everyone was attentive and clear. Procedure was explained. Discharge was done carefully and empathetically even when they had a lot of patients and need beds.

Would prefer food to be fresh and not dry and overcooked felt like I was eating frozen food warmed up. I also did not get the food I had asked for.
